3. Size chart are given for each product. Please note that there can be 2cm - 3cm (For clothes) & 1.0cm - 2cm (For shoes) differences in size chart from actual product's size. You are advised to take a size larger.

5. Pre - Order items take longer times between 3 weeks to 10 weeks.

6. Postage via Poslaju and Skynet.

7. Postage via Poslaju fee is RM10 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak.

8. Postage via Skynet is RM15 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM25 for Sabah & Sarawak.

9. Reservation for Available items can be made only for 48hours time. If we did not receive the payment, we are afraid that we have to cancel your order.

10. Payment can only be made via Maybank & CIMB only.

11. All items are checked for optimum quality before sending it to customers.
